Bruce has been one of the main photographer for this new base. Many of the professional looking photos in their communication have all been done by Bruce (including all the photos on this website and in our social media). He’s been sharing God’s story through his craft of photography and videos.

Kara launched a hybrid school on the Oak Haven property (ETC) for pre-k to 7th grade. She has 16 community families that have joined. The Sanders will be taking 3 families from this community to Guatemala. The goal is to inspire mission minded families.

Kara also has trained up another community mom to take the school over in the fall of 2023.

The Sanders have helped YWAM and the local community in multiple other ways. They provide administrative support for the YOH team, intercession, recruitment, managing outreach teams, cleaning, etc. They have also been very involved in ministering to the local community through their church, their neighborhood and local evangelism.
